I found some crazy people roaming around Austria...

My apologies for taking long breaks between blog posts. However, my life in Graz has become slightly busier. In addition to my studies, I was accepted as a Research Assistant a the Centre for Southeastern European Studies here at my university.  Mostly, I'm exploited for my native English skills as I mostly proof-read and revise various papers being prepared for publication.

I also have been doing quite a bit of traveling! I spent my Easter holiday in Prague (next blog post), and one of my sets of parents came to visit me in Austria!! We spent the last week of March together touring this glorious Habsburg, Alpine gem of a country. They stayed in Graz for a week. While I was in class, they would explore town and afterwards we would meet for dinner and sightseeing. We took two day trips, one to Salzburg and another to Vienna. We all concluded that we are not big city people ;-) Unfortunately, I only took pictures from our day in Salzburg. ENJOY!

  1. What a wonderful time we spent in Austria with our son. Loved every minute of it. I guess we were the crazy ones roaming the countryside!
